Overview
We are seeking a skilled Concrete Finisher to join our construction team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in concrete work, including finishing, forming, and restoration. This role requires attention to detail and the ability to work effectively in various weather conditions. As a Concrete Finisher, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that concrete surfaces are smooth, level, and aesthetically pleasing.

Duties

Prepare and set up forms for pouring concrete.
Mix, pour, and spread concrete according to specifications.
Finish surfaces using hand tools and heavy equipment.
Smooth and level surfaces using trowels, floats, and other finishing tools.
Inspect finished work for quality assurance and compliance with blueprints.
Perform heavy lifting as required during the pouring process.
Collaborate with other construction professionals to ensure timely project completion.
Maintain a clean and safe work environment by following safety protocols.

Skills

Ability to read blueprints and understand project specifications.
Familiarity with hand tools used in concrete forming and finishing tasks.
Strong physical stamina for heavy lifting and standing for long periods.
Basic carpentry skills for formwork construction.
