Job Summary
Join our dynamic hospitality team as a Front Desk Agent, where your energy and enthusiasm will set the tone for an exceptional guest experience. In this vital role, you will be the welcoming face of our hotel, ensuring smooth check-ins and check-outs, providing outstanding guest services, and maintaining seamless communication across departments. Your proactive approach and hospitality expertise will create a warm, inviting environment that keeps guests coming back. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your skills in hotel management and guest relations while working in a lively, fast-paced setting.

Duties

Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing a friendly and professional first impression
Manage guest check-in and check-out procedures efficiently using multi-line phone systems and front desk software
Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with patience and a solutions-oriented attitude
Coordinate reservations, cancellations, and modifications accurately to maximize occupancy
Maintain detailed records of guest information, billing, and special requests in accordance with hotel policies
Conduct night audits to reconcile daily financial transactions and ensure data accuracy
Assist with guest services such as providing local information, booking transportation, or arranging amenities
Uphold excellent phone etiquette while managing multiple lines to ensure prompt responses

Requirements

Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel front desk operations is highly preferred
Bilingual or multilingual skills to serve diverse guests effectively are a strong advantage
Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction and relationship building
Knowledge of hotel management systems and multi-line phone systems is essential
Ability to handle night audit procedures and perform administrative tasks accurately during overnight shifts
Exceptional communication skills with a professional phone etiquette approach
Previous hotel experience in resort or similar hospitality environments is desirable
A positive attitude, adaptability, and the ability to work well under pressure are crucial for success in this energetic role
