Overview

Join our dynamic team as a Front Desk Agent, where you'll be the welcoming face and organizational hub of our office or medical facility. This vital role combines exceptional customer service with administrative precision, ensuring smooth daily operations and a positive experience for visitors, clients, and staff alike. Your energetic approach and attention to detail will help create a professional, efficient environment that fosters trust and satisfaction.

Duties

Greet visitors, clients, and patients warmly, providing excellent customer support and ensuring they feel valued from the moment they arrive
Manage multi-line phone systems with professionalism, answering inquiries promptly and directing calls accurately using proper phone etiquette
Handle data entry tasks efficiently using Microsoft Office applications, Google Workspace, and other computer skills to maintain accurate records
Perform clerical duties such as filing, proofreading documents, and organizing paperwork to support office operations
Schedule appointments, manage calendars, and coordinate meetings to streamline daily activities
Maintain front desk area cleanliness and organization to promote a welcoming atmosphere
Support bookkeeping activities using QuickBooks or similar software to assist with billing and financial recordkeeping

Skills

Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and data entry capabilities
Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor and professional phone etiquette
Previous office experience or administrative experience in a fast-paced environment
Knowledge of multi-line phone systems for efficient call handling
Clerical experience including filing, proofreading, and document management
Ability to multitask effectively while maintaining organizational skills in busy settings
Experience in medical or dental office environments is a plus, including familiarity with front desk operations and dental receptionist duties
Basic bookkeeping skills using QuickBooks or similar programs are advantageous
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks
