Larose Bakery is a neighbourhood staple in Etobicoke — a one-stop destination offering freshly baked bread, pastries and cakes, a vibrant café, hot table, deli, fresh produce, and a curated grocery selection. We're a busy, community-first store where every team member plays a real role in making people's day a little better.
We're growing our team and looking for motivated, hands-on people to join us.

- Bakery & Pastry — Packing fresh baked goods, stocking displays, labelling, maintaining freshness standards
- Deli — Assembly, slicing, packing, wrapping, keeping the counter stocked and clean
- Café — Beverage prep, light food assembly, counter service, keeping the café area tidy and welcoming
- Cash / Front End — Operating the register, bagging, greeting guests, handling transactions accurately
- Produce & Grocery — Receiving, restocking shelves and produce displays, rotation, cleaning
- Closing / Sanitation — End-of-day cleaning, sanitizing prep areas, organizing stock, closing duties
Note: We cross-train! Each employee is trained on multiple stations for efficiency.

You'll show up ready to work, jump into your section, keep things moving, and take ownership of your area. Whether it's a rush at the café counter, a full deli case to stock, or a produce section that needs fresh eyes — you bring the energy and get it done.

- Hands-on, physically active work doesn't intimidate you
- You take initiative — you see what needs doing and you do it
- You stay calm and focused when it gets busy
- You're a quick learner who picks up new tasks with confidence
- You're reliable, punctual, and a team player
- Food handling or customer service experience is an asset (not required)
- Available for early mornings, evenings, and/or weekends
- Food Handler Certificate is an asset (training support available)
