Overview
We are seeking a knowledgeable and enthusiastic Marijuana Budtender to join our team. As a Budtender, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service while assisting clients with their cannabis needs. Your expertise in cannabis products and commitment to creating a welcoming environment will ensure that customers have a positive experience every time they visit.

Duties

Greet customers warmly and provide them with information about various cannabis products, including strains, edibles, and concentrates.
Assist customers in selecting products based on their preferences and needs, utilizing upselling techniques to enhance their experience.
Maintain an organized and clean display area, ensuring that all products are properly labeled and stocked.
Process transactions accurately using cash register systems while providing excellent cashiering services.
Educate customers on responsible consumption practices and the effects of different products.
Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a professional manner, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with team members to maintain a positive work environment and uphold company standards.

Experience

Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred, particularly in the cannabis industry or hospitality sector.
Bilingual skills are a plus, as they enhance communication with diverse clientele.
Strong leadership abilities to guide less experienced staff when needed.
Familiarity with computerized point-of-sale systems is beneficial for efficient transaction processing.
A passion for cannabis culture and knowledge of various strains and their effects is essential for success in this role.

Requirements

Must have CannSell License
Must have minimum 3 years retail sales experience in cannabis business.
