Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team. This role is essential in providing exceptional support to our clients, handling inquiries, and ensuring a positive experience with our company. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, be bilingual in English and Spanish, and demonstrate proficiency in data entry and analysis. This position offers an opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment where your interpersonal skills and problem-solving abilities will make a significant impact.

Duties

Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat
Assist customers with product or service information, order processing, and issue resolution
Perform accurate data entry to update customer records and transaction details
Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to enhance customer satisfaction and sales growth
Maintain excellent phone etiquette and communication skills to ensure a positive customer experience
Analyze customer feedback and interactions to identify trends and areas for improvement
Collaborate with team members to resolve complex issues efficiently
Support multilingual customers by providing services in both English and Spanish as needed

Qualifications

Proven experience in customer service or related roles preferred
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, in English; bilingual proficiency in Spanish is highly desirable
Ability to perform data entry accurately and efficiently
Demonstrated analysis skills to interpret customer data and feedback
Experience with sales techniques, including upselling strategies
Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills
Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on customer satisfaction
Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and customer needs

Pay: $15.00 per hour

Ability to commute/relocate:

Fairview, AB: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)

Education:

Secondary School (preferred)
