Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and motivated Kitchen Helper to support our culinary team in maintaining a clean, organized, and efficient kitchen environment. This role is ideal for individuals with a passion for food service and hospitality, looking to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced setting. The Kitchen Helper will play a vital role in food preparation, cleaning, and ensuring smooth kitchen operations to deliver excellent service to our guests.

Responsibilities

Assist with food preparation tasks under the supervision of chefs or kitchen staff
Maintain cleanliness of all kitchen areas, including washing dishes, utensils, and cooking equipment
Support food handling and storage procedures to ensure safety and hygiene standards are met
Help with basic cooking tasks as needed, including assembling ingredients and preparing simple dishes
Ensure all workstations are sanitized and organized before, during, and after shifts
Assist with serving food to guests when required
Support the team in maintaining inventory levels and restocking supplies
Follow health and safety guidelines consistently to promote a safe working environment

Requirements

Previous experience in restaurant, hotel, or food service environments is preferred but not mandatory
Knowledge of cleaning procedures and food handling safety standards
Ability to perform basic food preparation and cooking tasks
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Excellent teamwork and communication skills
A positive attitude and willingness to learn about culinary operations
Prior hospitality or serving experience is a plus but not required

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00-$25.55 per hour
