Full job description

We’re looking for outgoing, reliable, and energetic team members to join our Front of House as Servers and Bartenders. This role is all about creating a great guest experience, staying sharp during busy shifts, and working as part of a strong team. If you enjoy a fast-paced environment and know how to handle a crowd while keeping service friendly and efficient, you’ll fit right in.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet guests and provide friendly, attentive service
Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently
Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages (bartenders)
Deliver food and drinks while ensuring quality and presentation
Handle cash, card payments, and POS transactions
Maintain a clean and organized section/bar area
Check IDs and follow all alcohol service regulations
Work with the kitchen and team to keep service running smoothly
Upsell menu items and promote features when appropriate

Qualifications:

Previous serving or bartending experience preferred
Smart Serve certification required (or willingness to obtain)
Strong communication and customer service skills
Ability to multitask and stay composed during busy shifts
Positive attitude and team-first mindset
Flexible availability (evenings, weekends, holidays)
