Position Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Housekeeping Attendant to join our housekeeping team across our two properties: Overlander Mountain Lodge and Jasper East Cabins. This role is essential in maintaining the high standards of cleanliness and comfort our guests expect. Located in a stunning mountain setting, this position offers the opportunity to work in a serene environment while delivering exceptional service.

Responsibilities

Perform daily cleaning of guest rooms and public areas to ensure cleanliness and comfort.
Maintain high standards of hygiene and safety throughout the lodge.
Restock supplies and amenities as needed.
Report maintenance issues or damages promptly.
Follow all safety protocols and procedures.
Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient operations.
Assist with special cleaning projects as required.

Qualifications

Proven experience in housekeeping, preferably in a lodge or resort setting.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Excellent communication skills.
Physical ability to perform cleaning tasks, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and safety procedures.
Hospitality experience is highly valued.

Additional Details

Staff accommodation available
Seasonal resort experience is an asset
Must have a reliable vehicle and a valid driver’s license.
