Full job description

TSG Staffing Services is currently recruiting for an EXECUTIVE ADMINISTRATOR for a Fort McMurray area-based opportunity to work in an office environment.

Job Description:

· Provide high-level administrative support to the executive team in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment

· Manage complex calendars, coordinate meetings, and prioritize shifting executive demands with discretion and efficiency

· Support office operations, including reception coverage, visitor coordination, mail distribution, supply management, boardroom scheduling, and other various duties

· Handle accounts payable and receivable functions, including invoice processing, expense tracking, and reconciliations using QuickBooks

· Maintain electronic and hard copy filing system

· Perform data entry and scan documents

· Prepare and modify documents, including correspondence, reports, drafts, memos and email

Job Requirements:

· 3+ years of administrative experience

· Experience working in a unionized environment is a strong asset

· Hands-on experience with QuickBooks (AP/AR, reconciliations) is required

· Proficient in Microsoft Office programs, including Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint

· Excellent organizational skills and the ability to deliver consistent and reliable results

· High level of discretion, professionalism, and emotional intelligence when dealing with sensitive information and workplace dynamics

· Excellent communication skills – written and verbal

Pay rates or salaries will be based on experience and current market standards. Only selected candidates will be contacted.

Pay: $25.00 per hour
