Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and friendly Receptionist to join our team and serve as the welcoming face of our organization. In this vital role, you will manage front desk operations, handle incoming calls, and provide exceptional customer support to visitors, clients, and staff. Your organizational skills and professional demeanor will ensure smooth daily operations and a positive experience for everyone who interacts with our office. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your administrative expertise in a fast-paced environment.

Duties

Greet visitors warmly and direct them appropriately, ensuring a professional first impression.
Manage multi-line phone systems, answer inquiries promptly, and route calls efficiently.
Perform data entry tasks accurately using Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and other relevant software.
Handle clerical responsibilities such as filing, photocopying, proofreading documents, and maintaining organized records.
Support administrative functions including scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and coordinating meetings.
Provide excellent customer service by addressing questions, resolving issues, and supporting client needs with professionalism.

Qualifications

Proven experience in office administration or clerical roles, preferably within a medical or dental office setting.
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a busy environment.
Demonstrated phone etiquette skills and experience managing multi-line phone systems.
Prior experience in customer service or front desk roles is highly desirable.
Ability to perform typing quickly and accurately while maintaining attention to detail for proofreading tasks.
