Full job description

Are you an exceptionally organized and proactive administrator who excels at keeping complex operations running smoothly?

We manage River Park Glen, a large mixed-use multifamily property in downtown Fort McMurray. Our team oversees daily operations for the condominium corporation, commercial tenants, as well as a portfolio of hundreds of residential rental units.

What We Need:

A proactive disposition
Meticulous attention to detail
Exceptional organization
Prior admin experience in high-accountability settings like law firms or medical offices is a plus

The Position:

You’ll support the property management team across:

Reception & administration (first point of contact, scheduling, filing)
Staff coordination (maintenance, cleaning crews)
Leasing & showings (rental units)
Inspections (move-in/out, facility walkthroughs)
Tenant & owner relations (communications, collections, lease admin)
Financial admin (condo fees, assessments, work orders)
Contractor & project oversight (repairs, capital upgrades)
Reporting & compliance (bylaws, parking, inventory)
Some evening & weekend appointments (additional compensation).
