Based out of Calgary, GeoTrek Land Surveyis a leader in the land surveying, civil engineering and geotechnical service sector providing services to the Oil and Gas Industry. - SURVEY PARTY CHIEF (Oil and Gas Surveying) required immediately
Position Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years’ experience with Alberta Oilfield Surveying Industry (Crew Chief)
- Preferred 3 years’ experience with Alberta Oilfield Surveying Industry (Surveyor Assistant)
- Valid Driver’s license and clean abstract
- Own transportation is an asset
- Possession of the following Safety Tickets: H2S Alive, First-Aid, WHMIS (will be supplied if required
- Position requires a flexible schedule and ability to travel throughout Alberta
- Ability to work in any weather conditions
- Ability to travel for work
Responsibilities:
As a member of GeoTrek’s team you will:
- be required to complete oilfield related surveys/construction surveys such as Well Site and Pipeline Right of way Surveys, Boundary Staking, As-Built Surveys, etc.
- Be available to mobilize anywhere within Alberta and possibly other provinces for periods of several days or more.
- Learn GeoTrek’s field systems and processes.
Hourly wage to be negotiated based on experience and attitude.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $35.00-$55.00 per hour
