Fireweed Camps Ltd. is a progressive and innovative business with a focus on providing exceptional catering and janitorial services to our clients. Fire season is upon us and we are looking for interested applicants to fill the following positions:

Camp Chefs
2nd Cooks
3rd Cooks
Bakers
General Helpers/Dishwashers
Janitors/Housekeepers

Job Summary:

To provide catering and janitorial services for the Ministry of Forests Lands and Natural Resource and Wildfire Management Branch. Create and serve outstanding gourmet meals for the WMB while maintaining a safe, clean work, and rest environment. Adhere to company policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

Want to be a successful team member with us? If you can check some of these boxes, then you are off to a great start:

REQUIRED Food Safe Level 1 certificate (Bakers, 2nd, 3rd Cooks, and General Helpers).
REQUIRED Food Safe Level 2 certificate (Chef positions).
Valid driver's license and vehicle or form of transportation.
The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Previous hospitality experience.
Physical capabilities of working in a fast paced environment.
Culinary training and/or Janitorial experience.
Ability to work in remote locations.
