Primary Responsibilities:

Greet and welcome guests, manage check-in and check-out processes efficiently
Handle guest reservations, payments, and front-desk systems
Provide hotel and local area information, respond to guest inquiries
Manage guest requests and complaints, coordinate with other departments for solutions
Maintain accurate records of bookings, payments, and communications
Monitor and address lobby and public areas for cleanliness
Maintain and assist with breakfast service as required
Other duties as assigned

Expectations:

To carry out the duties in a professional manner.
To know the Company’s routines and follow them efficiently and with appropriate care.
To arrive for work punctually and to remain on duty until essential activities have been completed.
To conduct yourself in a manner consistent with the health and safety standards of the Company, other staff and yourself.
To be able to perform certain tasks without direct supervision.

**please note this is for an day time part-time position (from 7am to 3pm)**

Job Type: Casual

Pay: From $18.50 per hour

Work Location: In person
