Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Residential House Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of clients' homes, ensuring a high standard of service and customer satisfaction. This role offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic environment, providing essential cleaning services that help clients enjoy a comfortable and spotless living space. Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and reliability are key qualities for success in this position.

Responsibilities

Perform thorough cleaning of residential spaces, including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, living areas, and other designated rooms
Dusting, vacuuming, mopping and disinfecting surfaces to meet client expectations
Laundry and linen changing as needed to maintain home cleanliness standards
Organize and manage cleaning supplies and equipment efficiently
Communicate effectively with clients to understand specific cleaning needs and preferences
Manage time effectively to complete assigned tasks within scheduled appointments
Provide excellent customer service by ensuring client satisfaction and addressing any special requests or concerns

Requirements

Proven experience in residential cleaning or housekeeping preferred
Strong organizational skills and excellent time management abilities
Valid drivers license and reliable vehicle
Working washer and dryer
Knowledge of cleaning techniques, products, and safety procedures
Independent Reliable transportation and ability to work independently in various locations
Exceptional attention to detail and professionalism
Good interpersonal skills with a friendly attitude toward clients
Prior experience in hospitality or customer service is advantageous

Pay: $22.00-$25.00 per hour
