Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Office Administrator to join our team in Charlie Lake. In this role, you will support our daily operations by managing administrative tasks and ensuring smooth communication across departments. This position is vital in helping us maintain our commitment to quality service.

Responsibilities
Manage daily administrative operations, including data entry, filing, and correspondence.

Utilize QuickBooks and other software to maintain accurate financial records.
Assist with bookkeeping and administrative support as needed.
Maintain a clean and organized office environment.
Collaborate with team members to uphold company standards and values.
Research and update safety procedures
Support vehicle maintenance records
Assist with onboarding of new drivers
Assist with audits and inspections by maintaining accurate and up-to-date records
Detailed tracking of data to support management with reports, data entry, and other administrative tasks as needed
Provide administrative support to the HSE team as required

Qualifications

Proven experience in an office administration role (minimum 3 years)
Proficiency in QuickBooks, Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and general computer skills.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to work independently.
Identify opportunities to improve office processes, workflows, and administrative systems.
Take ownership of office operations by proactively addressing challenges before they become problems.
Prior experience in oilfield or logistics industries is an asset

Must have a valid Driver's License and vehicle.

Wage: $25 -30/hour (depending on experience and qualifications)

Benefits available after 3 months.

Pay: $20.00-$30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15.0 – 25.0 per week
