Overview
Join our dynamic hospitality team as a Guest Services Agent, where your enthusiasm and dedication will create memorable experiences for our guests. In this lively role, you will serve as the welcoming face of our hotel, ensuring every guest feels valued, comfortable, and well-cared for from check-in to check-out. Your energy and professionalism will help foster a positive atmosphere and uphold our commitment to exceptional guest relations. Duties

Greet guests warmly upon arrival and provide a seamless check-in and check-out experience
Manage multi-line phone systems with professionalism, answering inquiries promptly and courteously
Assist guests with reservations, room assignments, and special requests to enhance their stay
Handle guest concerns or complaints with empathy and swift resolution, ensuring satisfaction
Maintain accurate records of guest interactions, reservations, and billing details
Provide information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and services to enrich guest experiences
Support night audit procedures by reconciling accounts and preparing reports for management
Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to address guest needs efficiently
Uphold high standards of phone etiquette and front desk professionalism at all times

Skills

Proven experience in customer service within the hospitality industry
Strong knowledge of front desk operations
Exceptional guest relations skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor
Ability to handle night audit procedures accurately and efficiently
Excellent communication skills, including phone etiquette and handling multi-line phone systems
Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail
