- Provides exceptional guest service before, during, and after the sale.
- Is coachable and interested in continuing to learn and improve.
- Wants to build a long-term career and customer base with one of the region's most established dealerships.
What You Will Do
As a Sales Consultant, you will help guide guests through their vehicle purchase while building relationships designed to last well beyond the sale.
You will:
- Help guests find the right new or pre-owned vehicle for their needs.
- Present vehicles, demonstrate features, and conduct test drives.
- Respond to leads and communicate with prospective guests by phone, email, text, and social media.
- Follow up with past and prospective guests to build repeat and referral business.
- Create engaging social media content to grow your personal brand and customer base.
- Build relationships throughout the Greater Fredericton community.
- Participate in dealership promotions, community events, and networking opportunities.
- Maintain strong product knowledge and stay current on Ford vehicles, features, programs, and incentives.
- Work alongside our sales and finance teams to provide an exceptional experience from the first conversation through delivery and beyond.
