Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in supporting sales operations, managing client communications, and ensuring smooth administrative processes. This position offers an excellent opportunity for individuals with strong office experience and excellent customer service skills to contribute to a dynamic and growing company.

Responsibilities

Coordinate hotel sales activities and client communications
Prepare contracts, proposals, and sales reports
Assist with group reservations, meetings, and event bookings
Respond to customer inquiries by phone, email, and social media
Maintain client databases and booking records
Coordinate with front desk, banquet, and housekeeping departments
Follow up with clients regarding bookings and payments
Support marketing and promotional campaigns
Manage social media accounts and create promotional content
Monitor online reviews and respond to guest feedback professionally
Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for the sales team

Requirements

Completion of secondary school required
Diploma or degree in Hospitality, Business, Marketing, or related field is an asset
1–2 years of experience in hospitality, sales, customer service, or social media management preferred
Strong communication and organizational skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office, social media platforms, and hotel booking systems
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment

Skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace applications
Strong computer skills with experience in data entry and clerical tasks
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
Previous office experience, including front desk or administrative roles preferred
Exceptional customer service skills with professional phone etiquette and support capabilities
Ability to perform typing at a high speed with accuracy; proofreading skills are a plus
Experience working with multi-line phone systems and handling customer inquiries efficiently
