Position Overview:
We are seeking a friendly, organized, and detail-oriented Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients and will play a crucial role in creating a welcoming environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet clients and visitors with a warm and professional demeanor.
Answer phone calls and direct them to appropriate personnel.
Manage scheduling of appointments and maintain the calendar.
Assist clients with inquiries regarding policies and services.
Perform administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and maintaining office supplies.
Process incoming and outgoing mail.
Assist with customer service tasks as needed.
Ensure the reception area is tidy and presentable

Other tasks as required

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in Office Administration is a plus.
Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role, preferably in the insurance or financial sector.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Ability to manage multiple tasks and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
A positive attitude and a genuine desire to help clients.
