Full job description

Location: Fredericton, NB

Gorilla Property Services is expanding into Fredericton and we're looking for someone who wants to grow with us.

You'll start by learning all aspects of our business including exterior cleaning, holiday lights, lawn care, landscaping and snow removal. As you become more experienced, there will be opportunities to move into crew leadership, management and business development as we continue to grow.

What We Offer

Starting wage of $20-25/hour (including vacation pay)
Paid bi-weekly
Approximately 40 hours per week
Company vehicle during work hours

Performance-based commission opportunities

Commission Opportunities

If you help bring in new work, you'll earn commission once the job has been completed and paid for.

Exterior Cleaning - 10%
Holiday Lights - 5%
Snow Removal - 5%
Lawn Care - 5%
Landscaping - 5%

What You'll Be Doing

House washing
Roof cleaning
Gutter cleaning
Window cleaning
Pressure washing
Holiday light installation
Lawn care
Landscaping
Snow removal

Experience is an asset, but it's not required. We'll train the right person.
