Full job description

ServiceMaster Fredericton is looking for a Senior Accounting Clerk to join our team. We are a fast-paced office and we are looking for a team -oriented individual. You must be able to multi-task under busy circumstances. As a team member, you must also be able to assist reception when multiple lines are ringing and customers are attending the reception area.

The ideal candidate will have excellent accounting knowledge, accounting experience, and a strong understanding of accounts payable and accounts receivable as well as general ledger knowledge. Experienced in Quickbooks, Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook are required as well. Attention to detail is a must with an understanding of job costing and departmental costing involved. Payroll knowledge with government remittance experience is helpful as well.

This is a salaried position with vacation time, sick days and benefits. ServiceMaster Fredericton is a green, community oriented company that has been in business since 1979.

Pay: $50,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
