The Opportunity

As a Registered Psychiatrist, you will have the autonomy to build and manage your own practice within a supportive, established clinic environment. You will benefit from a steady referral base, opportunities for collaboration, and access to resources that support both your clinical work and professional growth.

Key Responsibilities

Registered Psychiatrist
Provide experienced PTSD and Trauma-Informed Care
Able to provide experienced psychotherapy, psychoeducational and/or psychological assessments
Experience with WSIB program
Effectively manage case load, reporting
Supporting our TMS and Psychedelic Medicine teams
Additional Role Expectations:

Ideally able to work a minimum of 20 hours per week, and support the clinic In Person

Qualifications

Doctoral Degree
Registered and in good standing with the appropriate regulatory body
2+ years of relevant working experience in areas of practice
Professional Liability Insurance (or willingness to obtain)
Experienced practice of psychiatry, psychiatric services, and assessments
Experience with trauma-informed, evidence-based approaches
Experience with veterans and first responders
Strong clinical judgment, professionalism, and case management skills (e.g., timely reports)

Established clinic infrastructure and administrative support (HR, Finance, Marketing, Referrals, Scheduling and Billing)

Regular clinical consultation and team collaboration opportunities
