We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Painter to join our team. No experience needed! including residential, commercial, restoration, and industrial painting. This role involves preparing surfaces, applying paint and coatings, and ensuring high-quality finishes on a variety of projects. The Painter will work closely with project managers and clients to deliver exceptional results while adhering to safety standards and project timelines.

Responsibilities

Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, caulking, and priming to ensure optimal paint adhesion
Apply paint, stains, varnishes, and other coatings using brushes, rollers, or power tools
Utilize hand tools, power tools, and rigging equipment for surface preparation and finishing tasks
Perform carpentry tasks as needed for repairs or modifications prior to painting
Manage time effectively to meet project deadlines while maintaining quality standards
Communicate effectively with team members and clients to ensure project requirements are understood and met
Maintain a clean work environment and safely operate equipment in accordance with safety protocols
