E.T. Mechanical is looking for an outgoing, motivated, and people-focused Business Development Representative to help homeowners discover better heating and cooling solutions.

About the Role

As a Business Development Representative, you will connect with homeowners, create new business opportunities, and help customers learn about HVAC systems, heat pumps, mini-splits, and home comfort upgrades.

This is a field-based role where you will be speaking with people face-to-face, generating interest, booking consultations, and helping guide potential customers through the first steps of improving their home comfort.

What You’ll Be Doing

Connect with homeowners through community outreach and door-to-door conversations
Generate new leads and business opportunities for E.T. Mechanical
Speak with customers about heating, cooling, and home comfort needs
Book consultations and follow up with interested homeowners
Build trust with prospects and guide them through the sales process from first contact to final decision.
Learn how to explain HVAC, heat pump, and financing options in a simple, customer-friendly way
Represent E.T. Mechanical professionally in the community
Track leads and customer conversations using company systems

What We’re Looking For

Friendly, confident, and comfortable talking to new people
Self-motivated and goal-oriented
Strong communication skills
Willingness to learn and be trained
Positive attitude and professional appearance
Previous experience in sales, customer service, hospitality, retail, or field marketing is an asset
Valid driver’s license required

You Don’t Need to Be an HVAC Expert
