Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Front Desk Agent to join our team. This role is pivotal in creating a welcoming environment for our clients and ensuring smooth operations at the front desk of our medical office. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Duties

Greet patients and visitors warmly, providing exceptional customer service at all times.
Manage incoming phone calls with professionalism, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette.
Schedule appointments and maintain the front desk calendar efficiently.
Handle patient inquiries and provide information regarding services offered.
Utilize Google Suite for documentation, communication, and scheduling purposes.
Perform clerical tasks such as filing, data entry, and maintaining patient records accurately.
Operate phone systems effectively to ensure clear communication within the office.
Proofread documents to ensure accuracy and professionalism in all written communications.
Assist with other administrative duties as needed to support office operations.

Requirements

Previous experience in a front desk or customer service role, preferably in a medical office setting.
Strong phone etiquette and communication skills to interact effectively with patients and staff.
Proficiency in Google Suite applications (Docs, Sheets, Calendar) for daily tasks.
Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail for managing records and appointments.
Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining a professional demeanor.
Familiarity with clerical duties and office equipment is preferred.
