Journeyperson Electrician (Red Seal)

Innovative Electric Ltd. is on the lookout for a Red Seal Journeyperson Electrician who takes pride in their craft, brings hustle to the job site, and enjoys being part of a team that actually likes working together.

This role is ideal for a high-performing, self-motivated electrician — someone who stays busy, thinks ahead, and takes ownership of their work without needing micromanagement.

What You’ll Be Doing

Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in residential and commercial settings
Read and interpret blueprints and electrical schematics
Troubleshoot wiring, circuits, and electrical equipment
Ensure all work meets Canadian Electrical Code and safety standards
Communicate clearly and professionally with customers and teammates
Use hand and power tools safely and efficiently
Take initiative on job sites and step into leadership when needed

What We’re Looking For

Red Seal Journeyperson Electrician
Valid Manitoba Electrical License
Valid Class 5 driver’s license
Strong work ethic and self-motivation — you see what needs doing and do it
Team-oriented attitude with pride in your workmanship
Physically capable of lifting materials, climbing ladders, kneeling, reaching, etc.
Own basic hand tools (drill, impact, etc.)
Clean criminal record
Willingness to travel
