Full job description

Beach Street Station is looking for a motivated and reliable Food Prep Manager to join our team immediately.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working independently, takes pride in organization and consistency, and wants a flexible schedule with full-time hours available.

What You'll Do

Manage daily food preparation for restaurant operations
Ensure prep lists are completed accurately and efficiently
Maintain food quality, freshness, and consistency
Organize and manage prep inventory
Follow food safety and sanitation standards
Work independently while coordinating directly with the Chef
Help ensure the kitchen is set up for success each day
