We’re looking for an experienced On-Page SEO Specialist who can hit the ground running. This role is execution-based, and you'll work with our team to optimize and perfect the SEO profile of each and every client's site, page by page.
What You’ll Do
While the focus of this role is On-Page SEO, you should be confident in core SEO execution across the board.
Day-to-day responsibilities may include:
- Executing On-Page SEO strategies for multiple client campaigns
- Conducting audits, keyword research, and competitive analysis
- Optimizing metadata, content, and internal linking for rankings and UX
- Managing link-building efforts
- Collaborating with our writers, designers, and developers to implement best practices
- Monitoring performance via Google Analytics, Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, and more
What We’re Looking For
- 3–5+ years of hands-on SEO experience (agency experience is a strong asset)
- Clear specialization in at least one SEO area, with working knowledge across all areas
- Experience managing multiple campaigns at once, delivering measurable results
- Proficiency with standard SEO tools (GSC, GA4, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, etc.)
- Familiarity with CMS platforms (WordPress, Shopify, etc.)
- Bonus: Working knowledge of HTML/CSS or dev collaboration
- Strong communication and documentation skills
- A leadership mindset — ideal candidates are promotable as the team grows
