The Engineering Project Manager, under the direction of the Engineering Manager, will primarily be responsible for the daily activities of a design team to produce site plans, shop drawings, and related documentation. This position will have extensive external and internal communication with various stakeholders. This position will ensure that all employees comply with company policies, procedures, and ethical standards.
Job Summary
The Design Technician, under the direction of the Engineering Manager, will primarily be responsible for providing high quality design and drafting services. This position will appeal to individuals with strong technical skills who have exceptional attention to detail while working in a fast-paced and dynamic team environment.

Job Duties
a) Preparation of engineering designs and drawings
b) Managing part numbers, bills of materials, parts manuals, and revisions thereto
c) Estimating costs and materials
d) Checking drawings for conformity and errors
e) Updating drawing standards and procedures
f) Providing drawings for manuals and promotional materials
g) Contributing to design and product development
Job Requirements
a) Engineering Technician or Technologist in Mechanical, Civil, Architecture, or related discipline
b) High level of proficiency in SolidWorks, AutoCAD, and Microsoft Office
c) Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to communicate well with sales, engineering, and operations personnel
d) Self-motivated; able to work both independently and as part of a group
e) Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
f) Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail
g) Ability to identify opportunities to improve efficiency, processes, and systems
h) Experience in manufacturing, particularly welding and forming steel, is considered an asset
i) High level of integrity and work ethic
