Our employees help seniors and people with disabilities continue to live independently at home. One Care programs include In-Home Personal Care, Assisted Living, Adult Day Programs, Home Help, Meals on Wheels, EasyRide Transportation, Reassurance, Home At Last, Exercise & Wellness, and Foot Care.
We are offering full and part-time opportunities for outstanding Personal Support Workers to join our client care team in Exeter and surrounding area.
This role is eligible for $3 per hour wage enhancement.

What You Will Do:
Working closely with our clients residing in the Exeter area, you will be pivotal in providing compassionate care, services and individualized, flexible daily living supports. Using your knowledge and collaboration skills, you will also help them to develop practical, goal-driven plans that support their ability to live independently in their home.
You Have:
- A spark to ignite the improvement in the lives of those in your community.
- A passion for providing outstanding care services to clients and you have knowledge of practices for community care.
- A clear Vulnerable Sector Check or are willing to get one.
- Completed a formal, accredited PSW / caregiver training program and/or a combination of equivalent education and experience.
- A valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle.
- Availability to work on days, evenings, and every other weekend.
- Ability to work independently, as well as part of a team.
- Ability to speak French is an asset.
