6 months of mineral processing experience, and/or 2 years milling experience, and/or 4 years industrial experience.

Strong understanding of milling fundamentals with the ability to apply sound operational judgement under pressure.

Effective verbal and written communication skills, supporting safe and coordinated operations.

Computer proficiency, with experience using process monitoring systems (e.g., OSIsoft PI, HMI displays) considered an asset.

Ability to meet occupational safety requirements, including use of respiratory protection when required.

Salary Range: $70,800 - $106,200 + Bonus
Signing Bonus: Experienced Mill Operators MTCU certified on two or more mill circuits are eligible for a signing bonus following six months of successful employment.
The final offer is determined based on your individual skills, qualifications, and competencies and aligned with our commitment to internal equity.
