Manager, Workforce Development and Campus Operations

Summary of Duties: Leads the growth, vision, and industry engagement strategy for the campus by identifying new workforce training opportunities, building strong partnerships with industry, and overseeing day-to-day campus operations. Develops and articulates a clear vision for the campus that reflects regional economic priorities, including outdoor recreation, adventure tourism, hospitality, forestry, and trades, and fosters that vision within the campus team.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Education, or relevant area; an equivalent combination of experience and education may be considered.

5 years of management experience, with a strong track record in business development, partnership building, and bringing new programs or services to market.

Demonstrated knowledge of, or direct experience with, the outdoor recreation, adventure tourism, or natural resource sectors is considered a strong asset.

Experience working in a post-secondary environment, with knowledge of workforce development principles and regional economic needs.

Knowledgeable and experienced with budget development and management, human resources, marketing, stakeholder engagement, and customer service principles.

Salary: The starting annual salary is $94,443 to $125,924 for this Management Group position. Management Group employees are eligible for annual salary increases within and above the starting range through demonstrated performance.
