Full job description

Exodus Suretyship Inc. is a business specialized in emergency financial services across Canada with already more than 11 years experience.

As a Customer services representative, you will be essential in being the first point of contact for clients and ensuring sound explanation on the services of the organization. You will utilize your core skills in communication, customer service, and phone etiquette to interact with clients effectively. Your multilingual abilities, particularly in English, will enhance customer relations. Join our team to contribute to our mission of maintaining financial integrity and fostering strong client connections.

Work conditions :

9 Hours
From monday to friday (4 days per week) (36 or 40 hours)
Day shift
Week-ends off
Holidays off
Salary revision every 6 months
5 paid sick days per year (paid if not taken by Dec. 15th)
VRSP with employer contribution
Collective insurance
Social activities planned
Relaxed/casual atmosphere and dress code

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From $20.00 per hour
