POSITION PROFILE

Job Title: Outside Sales Representative

Job Location: Grand Falls, NB/Edmundston, NB

Reports to: General Manager

We serve a wide range of industries, including oil and gas, mining, manufacturing, forestry, and residential sectors. With many long tenured team members, we are proud of our strong relationships, stability, and commitment to customer success.

We are seeking a dedicated individual to join us in the role of Outside Sales Representative. This position will serve as a vital role in supporting our current team of experts and our customers.

Key Responsibilities

Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
Identify and develop new business opportunities to drive sales growth.
Maintain up to date knowledge of products, services, and market conditions.
Manage existing customer base.
Represent the company with professionalism, tact, and integrity.
Manage and execute a call schedule to effectively cover an assigned territory.
Assist in the preparation of RFP responses for prospective clients.
Prepare quotes, material lists, and follow up with customers in a timely manner.
Stay informed of new products and services to support customer needs.

Qualifications

3+ years of experience in an external sales role.
Bilingual in both English and French required.
Proven ability to build and maintain long term customer relationships.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Demonstrated ability to identify opportunities and close sales involving multiple decision makers.
Strong problem solving and decision-making skills.
Self motivated with a high level of energy and initiative.
Professional demeanor and strong work ethic.
Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to customer sites.
