In this role, you will be the face of our retail location while also engaging with our clients via inbound and outbound calls. Responsibilities
- Deliver a World-Class Experience: Provide an exceptional, welcoming experience every time a customer walks into our GBS location.
- Consultative Sales: Drive success by identifying opportunities and recommending the right solutions—including Mobility, Internet, Security, Accessories, and Device Coverage—all of which are commissionable.
- Inbound & Outbound Engagement: Proactively reach out to new and existing clients via phone to ensure they have the best solutions to stay connected and protected.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with our clients to ensure they feel valued and supported.
- Achieve Results: Meet or exceed sales targets, channeling your drive and ambition into actionable success.
- Operational Excellence: Use the TELUS online activation system and our POS system to handle transactions, contracts, and necessary administrative tasks with accuracy and detail.
- Store Operations: Ensure smooth daily operations, including opening and closing the store, while remaining flexible to work shifts aligned with mall operating hours.
- Adapt & Innovate: Stay up-to-date with evolving wireless and IT technology; we are looking for someone with a true passion for an industry that is changing the way people work, live, and play.
Who You Are
- Bilingual in English and French
- Poised & Engaging: You are empathetic and lead conversations with natural warmth and genuine enthusiasm.
- Driven: You have strong initiative and are excited by the idea of an uncapped commission structure.
- Communicative: You are a stimulating communicator who thrives in a collaborative, "selling" style approach.
- Reliable: You are at least 19 years of age, legally able to work in Canada, and possess essential computer literacy.
- Experienced: While previous sales or customer-facing experience is an asset, your attitude, team-oriented mindset, and willingness to learn are what matter most.
