We are seeking a talented and personable Hairstylist to join our vibrant salon team. Duties

Perform a variety of hair styling services including cuts, color, blowouts, and treatments tailored to client preferences
Provide excellent customer service by understanding client needs and offering professional recommendations
Maintain high standards of sanitation and cleanliness in all work areas and tools
Upsell retail products such as hair care items to enhance client satisfaction and salon revenue
Manage front desk responsibilities including scheduling appointments, greeting clients, and handling payments
Build lasting relationships with clients through personalized consultations and follow-up communication
Stay updated on the latest hair trends, techniques, and industry best practices through ongoing education

Skills

Strong customer service skills with the ability to connect with diverse clients
Proficiency in hair styling techniques including cutting, coloring, and styling tools
Knowledge of sanitation protocols to ensure a safe and hygienic environment
Effective communication skills for clear client consultations and team collaboration
Experience in retail sales to promote products confidently and increase revenue opportunities
Front desk experience is advantageous for managing appointments and client flow efficiently
Ability to upsell services and products tactfully while maintaining client trust
