Administrative Assistant (12-month Contract), Grand Forks, British Columbia

Join Interfor as an Administrative Assistant on a 12-month contract and become a key support for our Grand Forks site. This dynamic role offers exposure to accounting, HR, environmental, health & safety, and daily office operations, making it ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. You’ll play a vital part in keeping the team organized and efficient while developing valuable professional skills.

What You’ll Do

Reception: Welcome visitors, direct calls, and manage mail.
Coordination: Organize office supplies, conference rooms, and office maintenance.
Support: Assist with credit card tracking, donation requests, and ad-hoc reporting.
Administration: Issue vehicle passes, help with visitor orientations, and handle various clerical tasks as needed.
