Full job description

T-West Construction is a commercial general contractor based in Grande Prairie. We are hiring an Office Manager / Bookkeeper responsible for the administrative and accounting functions of the company.

Responsibilities

Full-cycle bookkeeping in Sage 50 — accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank reconciliations, month-end
Payroll processing, source deductions, and CRA remittances
GST filings
Customer invoicing, progress billing, holdback tracking, and job costing
Preparing purchase orders and change orders
Vendor and subcontractor invoice management
General office administration

Qualifications

3+ years of full-cycle bookkeeping experience preferred
Proficiency in Sage 50 prefer
Payroll experience, including deductions and remittances
Comfortable working in both Mac and PC environments
Accurate, organized, and able to work independently
Construction industry experience is an asset — progress billing, holdbacks, purchase orders, statutory declarations

Pay: $25.00-$35.00 per hour
