Now Hiring: Cannabis Retail Associate

Are you looking for a job with a relaxed atmosphere, a great team, and opportunities to grow? Join Lucky Leaf Cannabis, the first cannabis retailer in Grande Prairie, with two convenient locations in Downtown and Patterson.

We're seeking enthusiastic, customer-focused individuals who are passionate about providing exceptional service and helping customers find the products that best suit their needs. If you have experience in customer service or sales and enjoy working in a positive, fast-paced environment, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

Assist customers in selecting cannabis products that match their preferences and needs.
Educate customers on cannabis strains, consumption methods, and responsible dosage practices.
Process sales transactions and handle cash accurately.
Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming retail environment.
Ensure compliance with all applicable cannabis regulations and store policies.

Qualifications

Must be 18 years of age or older.
Valid SellSafe certification required.
Previous cannabis knowledge or industry experience is preferred.
Customer service and/or retail experience is an asset.
Server or bartender experience is considered an asset.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Passion for cannabis education and delivering excellent customer experiences.
