To support this growth, we are looking for an organized, friendly, and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. If you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, helping people, and keeping operations running smoothly, we’d love to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

Greet and assist patients/clients in a professional and welcoming manner
Manage phone calls, emails, and appointment scheduling
Maintain accurate records and update internal systems
Support the new department with day-to-day administrative tasks
Coordinate with team members to ensure smooth workflow
Handle billing, data entry, and document preparation, filing, submitting estimates and claims to insurances, processing payments as needed
Provide general front desk support and other duties as assigned

Experience:

Minimum of 1 year dental administrative experience required
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
Proficient with basic computer applications (Microsoft Office, scheduling software, etc.)
Excellent organization and time-management skills
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
