Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled Carpenter/Laborer to join our team. We have an abundance of field and in town work. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in various construction fields, including framing, renovations, and new builds. This role requires a hands-on approach to building, setting up and repairing modular structures, ensuring high-quality workmanship while adhering to all safety standards.

Duties

Framing new builds and renovations.
Tin work, cladding, and other metal siding.
Cabinet installation and flooring installation.
Install trim, crown moulding, caulking and any other finishing.
Utilize hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.
Be willing to go to the field from time to time for 2-21 days at a time.
Work well with team members, we pride ourselves in keeping a fun, energetic work atmosphere.
Provide maintenance services, including light plumbing and electrical work when/if necessary.
Fill out safety paperwork and participate in toolbox meetings.
Pass a drug and alcohol test when needed.
Be physically fit and able to work long periods on your feet.

Experience and assets

Framing, trim, flooring, sheeting, tin siding and roofing, drywall, door and window installs.
Blueprint reading and understanding of construction schematics.
Experience with plumbing and electrical a huge asset.
Proficient with hand tools, power tools.
Experience in heavy equipment (skid steer, AWP, wheel loader, RTFL)
Familiarity with modular construction.
Valid drivers license and reliable vehicle.
Great time management skills.
Great attitude.
