Studio Manager / Growth Leader Opportunity

What You'll Be Responsible For
- Leading, motivating, and developing a team to achieve studio goals
- Driving membership growth, retention, and overall studio performance
- Coaching and mentoring staff to improve sales, service, and operational excellence
- Holding team members accountable to performance expectations and KPIs
- Executing marketing, social media, community outreach, and lead generation initiatives
- Building relationships within the local community to increase brand awareness
- Creating a positive, high-performance culture that team members want to be part of
- Ensuring members receive an exceptional experience from their first visit onward
- Monitoring studio performance metrics and implementing strategies for continuous improvement

- Proven leadership experience with the ability to inspire and develop a team
- A strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales and performance goals
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a willingness to take ownership and solve problems
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Confidence in managing both people and performance
