Front Desk Agent – Join Our Hospitality Team!

Location: Days Inn By Wyndham Sudbury
Job Type: Part-Time
Shifts: Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

About Us:

At Days Inn By Wyndham Sudbury, we pride ourselves on providing exceptional guest experiences. We are looking for a dedicated and personable Front Desk Agent to join our team and be the welcoming face of our hotel. If you have a passion for customer service and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we’d love to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

Greet and assist guests with check-in, check-out, and inquiries
Handle reservations, cancellations, and modifications
Provide information about hotel amenities, services, and local attractions
Process payments and ensure accurate billing
Address guest concerns and resolve issues promptly and professionally
Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure smooth operations

Qualifications:

Previous experience in hospitality or customer service preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure
Proficiency in hotel management software (training provided)
Basic math skills for handling payments and invoices
Availability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays
A friendly, positive attitude with a customer-first approach
