Full job description

With one truck, a strong work ethic and an ardent sense of team spirit, Mike and Antonio Giampaolo established Triple M Metal in 1975. Now, more than 50 years later, we have grown from modest beginnings to become one of North America’s largest, privately held, fully integrated recyclers of ferrous and non-ferrous scrap metals. Our growing enterprise operates 45 facilities across North America, including Canada, the United States and Mexico, with additional interests in Europe. Our established and far-reaching geographic network means we are optimally positioned to maintain and service our current customer base while making strides in new and emerging markets. We strive to build confidence and value from local or community-based peddlers to the most prominent international companies by providing customized solutions that deliver on all metal recycling and process needs. Compensation:

Starting Wage $26.00

When:

Monday to Friday 7:00am to 4:30pm
Saturday 7:00 to 11:30pm
Overtime as required

What’s Expected:

Operate a variety of heavy equipment including Excavator, Scrap Handler, Front End Loader
Operate various attachments as assigned (e.g. Grapple, Magnet etc.);
Load scrap metal as assigned;
Sort, stack, process materials as directed;
Clean, lubricate, check and replenish fluids as directed;
Complete pre-operational equipment check and other documentation as assigned;
Operate two-way radio or other communication devices as required;
Maintain a safe and orderly working environment;
Other general duties as assigned by Manager.

What's Required:

Must exhibit Triple M Metal LP's Core Values of Respect, Excellence, Integrity, Team and Pride;
Previous experience operating Excavator, Front End Loader, Rock Truck;
Must have a valid Driver’s License;
Strong communication both written and verbal;
OSSD or equivalent is preferred but not required.
Must undergo a criminal background check with no advere findings.
