Seeking a certified and experienced Lash Extension Technician with a keen eye for detail

Responsibilities

Perform high-quality eyelash extension applications while adhering to safety and sanitation guidelines.
Consult with clients to understand their preferences and provide personalized recommendations.
Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring all tools and equipment are sanitized.
Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients throughout their appointment.
Assist at the front desk when needed, including scheduling appointments and managing client inquiries.
Promote and upsell retail products related to eyelash care and maintenance to enhance client satisfaction.
Stay updated on the latest trends in eyelash extensions and beauty services through ongoing education and training.

Requirements

Proven experience in eyelash extensions application is preferred.
Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients.
Retail sales experience is a plus, particularly in upselling beauty products or services.
Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment while also being self-motivated.
Attention to detail and a passion for beauty and aesthetics.
Certification or training in eyelash extension application.
