Job Overview
Join our dynamic team as a Lawn Specialist and become a vital part of creating beautiful, healthy outdoor spaces! In this energetic role, you will be responsible for maintaining lawns, landscapes, and outdoor environments through expert care and attention to detail. Your enthusiasm for outdoor work, combined with your technical skills, will help transform properties into lush, vibrant landscapes. Responsibilities

Perform lawn mowing, edging, trimming, and blowing to ensure pristine grass areas.
Use hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently for landscape tasks such as planting, pruning, and soil preparation.
Maintain and operate equipment including mowers, walk-behind loaders, and snow plows to support year-round landscape care.
Conduct tree care activities such as trimming, pruning, and health assessments to promote healthy growth.
Assist with hardscape projects like installing walkways, patios, or retaining walls to enhance outdoor aesthetics.
Support seasonal tasks such as snow plowing during winter months and gardening activities throughout the year.
Follow safety protocols diligently while handling landscaping machinery and tools to ensure a secure work environment.

Qualifications

Demonstrated mechanical knowledge and experience working with landscaping or construction equipment.
Prior experience in lawn care, landscape maintenance, or gardening is highly desirable.
Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and landscaping machinery such as excavators or irrigation systems.
Knowledge of horticulture principles and tree care techniques to maintain healthy landscapes.
Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting heavy materials, operating machinery, and working outdoors in various weather conditions.
Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills for maintaining equipment and completing tasks efficiently.
