Job Overview

Are you a dynamic leader with a passion for hospitality and business growth? As a District Restaurant Manager with Firehouse Subs, you will help us develop and ultimately oversee multiple restaurant locations within the Sudbury district, driving operational excellence, sales growth, and team development with a focus on Heartfelt Guest Service, ensuring the delivery of quality food and guest satisfaction. Your energetic approach will inspire managers and staff alike to deliver exceptional guest experiences while achieving business objectives. This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead a diverse portfolio of restaurants, implement process improvements, and foster a vibrant team culture that thrives on success and innovation.

Duties

Lead and motivate restaurant managers to meet and exceed sales targets through strategic business development initiatives.
Oversee daily operations across multiple locations, ensuring consistency in service quality, cleanliness, safety standards, and operational procedures.
Supervise manager responsibilities such as forecasting, scheduling, procurement and inventory control.
Drive process improvements by analyzing performance metrics and implementing best practices to enhance efficiency and profitability.
Develop and execute district-wide sales strategies to attract new customers and retain loyal guests, fostering strong community relationships.
Supervise hiring, training, coaching, and performance management of restaurant teams to cultivate high-performing, engaged staff.
Manage budgets, control costs, and optimize resource allocation to maximize revenue while maintaining quality standards.
Support project management efforts for new store openings or renovations, ensuring timely execution aligned with company goals.

Qualifications

Proven leadership experience in the hospitality or restaurant industry with supervising responsibilities.
Strong background in sales growth and business development strategies.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple locations effectively through excellent organizational skills.
Expertise in process improvement methodologies to streamline operations and enhance guest satisfaction.
Exceptional communication skills with the ability to inspire teams and build lasting relationships with stakeholders.
Experience in project management, including planning, execution, and evaluation of initiatives.
A proactive mindset with a passion for continuous improvement and team development.
