Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced District Manager to oversee multiple locations within our organization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing business development initiatives, and ensuring operational excellence across assigned districts. This leadership role requires strategic thinking, strong project management skills, and the ability to lead and supervise teams effectively. The District Manager will play a pivotal role in implementing process improvements and fostering a high-performance culture to meet organizational goals.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage multiple store or branch operations within the district to ensure they meet performance targets.
Develop and execute business development strategies to expand market presence and increase sales revenue.
Oversee sales activities, set sales goals, and monitor performance metrics to drive growth.
Supervise and mentor store managers and staff, providing guidance on operational best practices and leadership development.
Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, customer satisfaction, and overall operational effectiveness.
Coordinate with corporate leadership to align district objectives with company-wide strategies.
Conduct regular site visits to ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and quality assurance protocols.
Manage budgets, control costs, and optimize resource allocation across districts.
Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork, accountability, and professional growth.

Requirements

Proven experience in restaurant management, sales, business development, or related leadership roles within a retail or service industry.
Demonstrated project management skills with the ability to oversee multiple initiatives simultaneously.
Strong leadership qualities with supervising experience in managing teams at various levels.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder engagement.
Ability to analyze data and implement process improvements based on insights gained.
Strategic thinker with problem-solving capabilities and a results-oriented mindset.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field preferred but not required.
Must possess strong organizational skills and the ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment.
